Ndzalama Training was established in 2002 and focuses on education, training and development interventions, consultation, and facilitation services. Our purpose is to enhance the competitiveness of industries and the productivity of individuals.

The company’s aim is to bridge the existing gaps in knowledge, skills and competency levels of ETD practitioners and learners, as well as to create career paths for them. Through our learning programmes and qualifications linked to the National Qualifications Framework, we contribute to the improvement of economic sectors and the eradication of poverty in our society.
